CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy SK Glow Nails & Spa We kindly ask all clients to respect our time and policies when booking an appointment. • 24-hour notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a cancellation fee. • No-shows (missing an appointment without notice) may be charged 50–100% of the service price. • Clients who repeatedly cancel late or no-show may be required to prepay for future appointments or may be unable to book again. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or appointment cancellation if we are unable to accommodate the full service, and the cancellation policy will still apply.
